1Make either pan-fried or air fryer tofu .pan-fried or air fryer tofu: 2

2In a large pan (large enough to fit the tofu and sauce), add vegetable broth , orange juice , sugar (coconut sugar, brown sugar, or pure maple syrup) , honey , rice vinegar , tamari or soy sauce , garlic , ginger , red pepper flakes (alternative) or Sriracha hot sauce . Bring to a boil, and cook for ⏱️ 1 minute or two.vegetable broth: 1 c, orange juice: 1/2 c, sugar (coconut sugar, brown sugar, or pure maple syrup): 4 tbsp, honey: 2.667 tbsp, rice vinegar: 1/3 c, tamari or soy sauce: 4 tbsp, garlic: 3 cloves, ginger: 2 tsp, red pepper flakes (alternative): 1/8 tsp, Sriracha hot sauce: 1 tsp

3Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl to combine, and then add to the pot.cornstarch: 2 Tbsp, water: 4 tbsp

4Stir over medium-high heat constantly for a couple of minutes, until the sauce thickens.

5Now add the tofu to the pan and stir to coat the tofu in the sauce. Remove from heat.
